Notice on the Finals of the 19th National College Students Energy Conservation, Emission Reduction and Social Practice & Technology Competition, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and "Belt and Road" International Track

1. Finals Dates:

July 31 – August 2.

2. Finals Venue:

Online

3. Competition Format:

Online PPT presentation in English: 10-minute oral presentation in English + 5-minute Q&A in English. The presentation order, detailed schedule, and online platform will be announced separately.

4. Finals Reply Form Submission:

Before 17:00 on July 15, 2026, please send the completed reply form to the International Track designated email (jnjp_19_intertrack@vip.163.com). Email subject: "International Track Finals Reply Form (Chinese or English) + SN + Number". The number can be found in the link to the recommended works for the finals: https://www.jienengjianpai.org/sys-nd/415.html

5. Submission contents:

① Whether the team will participate in the finals;

② Proof of registration fee payment screenshot;

③ The team contact person's WeChat account;

④ Upload high-definition vector images of the logos of all universities represented by the team members as an attachment. Name the images according to the ranking order of the participants. For example, if a project is jointly completed by 3 universities, the logo of the university of the first-listed participant shall be named "1"; the logo of the university of the next highest-ranked participant (not from the university designated as "1") shall be named "2"; and so forth.

6. Finals Materials Submission:

Before 17:00 on July 28, please submit the defense PPT to the International Track designated email (jnjp_19_intertrack@vip.163.com). Email subject: "International Track Finals Defense Materials + SN + Number".

Special Note:

The title of the work, supervising teachers, and the order of team members shall be based on the submission documents from the preliminary evaluation. No changes to team members or their order are permitted for the finals.

1.决赛时间：

7月31日—8月2日。

2.决赛地点：线上

3.比赛形式：

线上PPT英文汇报展示：10分钟英文汇报+5分钟英文问答，答辩顺序、详细日程安排、线上答辩平台另行通知。

4.决赛回执提交：

2026年7月15日17：00前，发送比赛回执至国际赛道专用邮箱（jnjp_19_intertrack@vip.163.com）。邮件命名：”国际赛道决赛回执（中英文均可）+SN+编号“。编号见决赛推荐作品链接：https://www.jienengjianpai.org/sys-nd/415.html

提交内容：

① 是否参赛；

② 报名费付款截图证明；

③ 团队联系人微信账号；

④ 附件上传参赛队伍所有高校校徽高清矢量图，图片以参赛人员排序进行命名。例如某作品由3所高校共同完成，则提交该三所高校的校徽图，第一完成人校徽图命名为1，高校“1“以外排位最靠前完成人所在高校校徽命名为2，以此类推。

5.决赛材料提交：

7月28日17：00前，提交答辩PPT至国际赛道专用邮箱（jnjp_19_intertrack@vip.163.com）。邮件命名：”国际赛道决赛答辩材料+SN+编号“。

特别说明：作品名称、指导教师和参赛人员排序均以初评提交的参赛文件为准，决赛不得更改参赛人员及排序。
